Job summary

ROSE & YOUNG RECRUITMENT LTD is seeking an experienced CNC Polishing Technician to join the fabrication team in Leicestershire. You will set up, operate and monitor CNC polishing equipment to achieve demanding surface specifications and tight tolerances on high-value components.

You will handle delicate materials, maintain strict cleanliness, and contribute to quality through inspections and process improvements.

Qualifications

• Experience setting up and operating CNC polishing equipment.
• Ability to read engineering drawings and process docs.
• Attention to surface finish, tolerances and cleanliness.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC polishing machines to manufacture precision components.
• Read and interpret engineering drawings, process documentation and manufacturing instructions.
• Polish components to specified dimensional, form and surface finish requirements.
• Perform first-off inspections and in-process quality checks.
