Job summary

Rose & Young Recruitment Ltd is seeking an experienced CNC Polishing Technician to join a fabrication team in the UK. You will set up, operate and monitor CNC polishing equipment to meet demanding surface specifications and tolerances.

You will handle delicate, high-value components, ensuring cleanliness and traceability throughout the process while following SOPs and TPM guidelines. A shift arrangement includes early and late weeks with a bonus structure.

Qualifications

• Experience operating CNC polishing equipment.
• Ability to read engineering drawings or process docs (desirable).
• Attention to surface quality and tolerances.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC polishing machines to manufacture precision components.
• Read and interpret drawings and instructions for polishing processes.
• Polish components to specified dimensional and surface finish requirements.
• Prepare polishing tools, fixtures and compounds; adjust machine parameters as needed.
• Perform first-off and in-process inspections to verify conformance.
