Job summary

Lambson Innovate Ltd. seeks a CNC Moulder Operator to convert MDF and plywood stock into precision architectural mouldings using WEINIG machinery. You will set up CNC moulders, adjust spindle speeds, verify dimensions with verniers and calipers, and ensure high-quality finishes while maintaining safety and housekeeping standards.

Role emphasizes first-off checks, ongoing quality monitoring, and collaboration with production teams to hit daily targets and minimise waste.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and interpret production drawings and CAD/CAM specs.
• Experience performing first-off and in-process quality checks with measuring tools.
• Great attention to detail and commitment to right-first-time manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate WEINIG CNC moulders based on drawings and batch sheets.
• Adjust machine parameters including spindle speeds (7,000–8,000 RPM) and feed rates.
• Perform quality checks at start of batch and monitor dimensions throughout production.
• Maintain safe, clean and efficient work area following 5S principles.
• Support optimisation of production lines to meet output and delivery targets.
