Job summary

INDOTH in Coventry is seeking an experienced CNC Miller setter/operator to join the production team. You will set up and run CNC milling machines, interpret engineering drawings, and ensure parts meet specifications while maintaining quality and safety standards.

The role involves using Haas, Puma and Mazak machines, performing tool/offset changes, first-off checks and accurate shop-floor documentation in a busy manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in CNC Machining and setting
• Ability to read technical drawings and documentation
• Basic computer literacy and willingness to support production

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC milling machinery
• Carry out tool, insert and offset changes
• Perform first-off inspections and in-process checks
• Work from technical drawings and manufacturing documentation
• Use measuring equipment to verify parts meet specification
• Complete production paperwork and maintain shop-floor records
