Job summary

Tricut Engineering Ltd is seeking a skilled CNC Miller Setter/Operator to join their manufacturing team. The role focuses on setting up, programming, and operating CNC milling machines to produce precision components with high-quality standards.

You will collaborate with engineering to interpret drawings, select tooling, and optimize processes while maintaining a clean, safe work environment and adhering to safety protocols.

Qualifications

• Proven experience operating CNC milling machinery in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on tool handling and setup.
• Familiarity with CAD software for interpreting drawings and modifying programs.
• Ability to perform basic math for measurements, tolerances and machine settings.

Responsibilities

• Set up CNC machines by installing tooling, fixtures and parameters.
• Operate CNC equipment to produce parts within tolerances.
• Inspect machined parts using hand tools and measuring devices.
• Adjust machine settings or tooling to optimize performance and quality.
• Collaborate with engineering teams using CAD and One CNC software.
