Job summary

Tricut Engineering Ltd is seeking a CNC Miller Setter/Operator to program, set up, and run milling machines using Fanuc and Siemens controls. You will produce precision components, inspect parts, and collaborate with engineering to ensure parts meet specifications.

Working with CAD drawings and One CNC software, you will adjust programs, maintain tooling, and keep a clean, safe work environment while adhering to quality standards and production schedules.

Qualifications

• Proven experience operating CNC milling machinery in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong mechanical knowledge combined with hands-on skills using hand tools, power tools, and tooling setups.
• Familiarity with CAD software such as One CNC for interpreting drawings and making adjustments.
• Ability to perform basic math calculations related to measurements, tolerances, and machine settings
• A Good understanding of tooling selection, setup procedures, and quality control measures.
• Excellent attention to detail with a proactive approach to troubleshooting issues quickly and efficiently
