Job summary

Contek Recruitment Solutions Ltd. seeks a skilled CNC Grinder to join a precision manufacturing team. You will set up, program, and operate CNC grinders to produce ultra-tight tolerance components for high-performance industries.

The role requires 2–4 years of hands-on CNC grinding experience, strong blueprint reading and measurement skills, and the ability to troubleshoot tooling, setup, or programming challenges. On-site role with competitive wages and benefits.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years hands-on CNC grinding experience.
• Ability to read blueprints and GD&T.
• Proficient with precision measuring tools and inspection equipment.
• Strong problem-solving for tooling/setup/programming challenges.

Responsibilities

• Set up, program (G-code or conversational), and operate CNC grinding machines to shape advanced materials.
• Use micrometers, calipers, dial indicators, and optical comparators to verify dimensions and maintain tight tolerances.
• Monitor machining processes, adjust offsets, and inspect finished parts for surface finish and geometric accuracy.
• Select, dress, and maintain grinding wheels and tooling for optimal performance.
• Read and interpret engineering drawings, CAD models, and GD&T specifications.
• Collaborate with engineering and quality teams to improve production workflows and reduce cycle times.
