Job summary

Oracle Red Bull Racing, based in Milton Keynes, is seeking an Assembly Technician to join the Assembly Group. You will build, service and maintain pit equipment and car assemblies, working in a tight-knit team to hit deadlines and push for high performance on every task.

The role requires strong mechanical skills, dexterity, good IT and communication abilities, and willingness to work outside core hours to complete planned work.

Qualifications

• Display a high level of Mechanical Proficiency and Dexterity.
• Demonstrate good IT skills and able to use common software.
• Effective verbal and written communication across mediums.

Responsibilities

• Build, service and maintain a wide range of pit equipment and car assemblies to a high standard.
• Work within a close team to meet deadlines and maximise efficiency.
• Demonstrate a can-do attitude and deliver assembly work with technical accuracy.
• Contribute to versatility targets across assemblies and engage with the wider team on KPIs.
