Job summary

Oracle Red Bull Racing in Milton Keynes is seeking an Assembly Technician to join the Assembly Group. You will build, service and maintain pit equipment and car assemblies, working with a tight team to meet deadlines and maximize efficiency.

We expect mechanical proficiency, dexterity and strong IT/communication skills. The role requires a can-do attitude and willingness to work outside core hours to complete planned work, with a focus on safety and accuracy.

Qualifications

• Display a high level of Mechanical Proficiency and Dexterity.
• Demonstrate good IT and soft skills.
• Excellent communication across mediums.

Responsibilities

• Build, service and maintain a wide range of Pit Equipment and Car Assemblies to the Very Highest Standard.
• Work within a closely knit group to ensure Deadlines are met and efficiency is maximised.
• Demonstrate a Can Do, Will Do attitude.
• Complete All Assembly Work to the highest level of technical accuracy.
• Work towards a Versatility Target across a wide range of Assemblies.
• Engage fully with the wider Team towards Key Performance Initiatives.
