The role offers full training, a stable Monday-to-Friday pattern, and a path to a permanent full-time position. Ideal for those with or without prior assembly experience who enjoy practical work and taking pride in quality craftsmanship.

Qualifications

• Hardworking and dependable.
• Highly focused with excellent attention to detail.
• Comfortable using hand tools.
• Able to work accurately and consistently.
• Possess good hand-eye coordination.
• Previous assembly or production experience would be advantageous, but not essential.
• Keen to learn and develop new skills within manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Assembly of specialist cable and component sets.
• Using hand tools to complete assembly tasks.
• Quality checking products throughout the manufacturing process.
• Following production instructions and specifications.
• Meeting production targets while maintaining high standards.
• Maintaining a clean, organised, and safe work area.
• Preparing finished products for dispatch and presentation to customers.
