Job summary

Proactive Global in Luton is seeking Assembly Operatives to join a growing manufacturing team. You will assemble mechanical parts with high accuracy and conduct quality checks to ensure products meet specifications.

Work in a collaborative environment to hit production targets, maintain a clean, organised workspace, and follow all safety guidelines. Immediate starts available for the right candidates with a permanent contract.

Hours: Mon-Thu 07:30–16:30, Fri 07:30–13:30. Rate: £12.71 per hour.

Qualifications

• Previous experience within assembly based work
• ability to use hand and power tools
• Strong attention to detail
• A tolerance to the smell of glue
• Previous experience in a similar role is beneficial but not essential.
