Job summary

Proactive Global in St Neots is seeking Assembly Operators for a busy manufacturing site. Start dates ASAP, full-time positions with pay £12.71–£14.24 per hour and a Monday-Thursday 7:30am-4:30pm plus Friday 7:30am-1:30pm schedule.

You will assemble mechanical parts, perform quality checks, and work with a team to meet daily targets while maintaining a clean, safe workspace. Immediate starts available for suitable candidates.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in an assembly, manufacturing, or production environment is advantageous but not essential.
• Ability to confidently use basic hand tools.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
• Good manual dexterity and the ability to follow detailed instructions.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work effectively as part of a team.

Responsibilities
