Job summary

Proactive Global is seeking Assembly Operators for a manufacturing site in St. Neots. You will assemble mechanical parts with high accuracy and perform quality checks to ensure products meet specifications.

Join a team focused on meeting production targets while maintaining a clean, safe work area. Immediate starts available for suitable candidates; shift hours Mon-Thu 07:30–16:30 and Fri 07:30–13:30. Proactive Global is committed to equality in the workplace and provides on-site training.

Qualifications

• Previous experience within assembly based work.
• Ability to use hand and power tools.
• Strong attention to detail.
• A tolerance to the smell of glue.
• Previous experience in a similar role is beneficial but not essential.

Additional Info

Working hours: Monday - Thursday 07:30am 16:30 and Friday 07:30am - 13:30.
