MorePeople is partnering with a leading agricultural business to appoint an Agricultural Area Manager to join its growing precision farming team in the UK.

This role blends agronomy knowledge with a commercial focus, managing an established customer base, helping growers improve nutrient management, and expanding the footprint through new business.

You'll be supported by a specialist precision farming team providing technical and IT support so you can focus on relationships and sales.

Qualifications

• Background in agriculture with sales or account management experience.
• Comfortable discussing agronomy and crop nutrition with growers.
• Willing to develop technical and commercial skills with support for FACTS qualification.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow an established customer base while winning new business.
• Sell precision farming services, including soil sampling and nutrient management.
• Advise growers on inputs usage for nitrogen, phosphate and potash.
• Collaborate with agronomists and grain traders to identify opportunities in your region.
• Own your territory and work toward clear sales targets.
