Holt Engineering is seeking a skilled Fabricator in Downton to produce aerospace components from engineering drawings, using materials such as stainless steel, aluminium, Inconel and titanium. The role emphasizes precision and adherence to tight tolerances within a dedicated aerospace team.

The position offers a 4-day week, a 38-hour workweek, and overtime at 1.5x when available, with training and progression opportunities and a company pension plan.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Fabricator in aerospace or precision engineering.
• Ability to read engineering drawings.
• Experience with metals such as stainless steel, aluminium, Inconel or titanium.
• Attention to detail and ability to work to tight tolerances.
• Aerospace welding certifications/codes preferred but not required.
