NB: This is a London-based role - the successful candidate should be based in or around London and be willing to work from our Old Street office 3 days per week.

Blink has led significant workplace evolutions, transforming intranet from a static document repository to a dynamic digital workplace and emphasizing inclusive employee connected experiences. Blink offers a personalized, intuitive interface, social and collaboration features, and integrations with workplace tools, providing a holistic user experience tailored to individual roles, locations, languages, and tenures. By capturing deep user interaction data, Blink offers insights into employee sentiment and behavior, enabling proactive management of attrition, communication efficacy, and engagement impacts.

Responsibilities Include:
  1. Recommend solutions that create value for both customers and Blink.
  2. Proactively scope technical solutions to meet customer needs.
  3. Lead and execute solution plays, such as Strategy Workshops and Conference Room Pilots.
  4. Develop expertise in areas like communications, retention, union complexities, and frontline management.
  5. Deliver product demos to diverse personas, including CEOs, CIOs/CTOs, CHROs, and CFOs.
  6. Customize demos in partnership with sales to maximize conversion chances.
  7. Engage with IT/Tech teams on complex topics like authentication and integrations.
  8. Promote Blink’s product, including integrations and best practices.
  9. Contribute to RFI/RFP responses and processes.
  10. Understand the product roadmap to ensure accurate communication with prospects and sales teams.
  11. Anticipate and address risks and barriers during customer engagement stages.
  12. Collaborate with Product Managers to relay customer feedback for product innovation.
Requirements

We seek curious, ambitious individuals eager to grow within a fast-expanding company. The ideal candidate is resourceful, inquisitive, quick to learn, and adept at connecting with customers. Key qualities include the ability to grasp new concepts rapidly and empathize with customer challenges. Additional requirements include:

  • At least 6+ years of experience in a technical Pre-Sales role within a B2B SaaS environment, engaging with clients of all sizes.
  • Experience selling HR, communication/collaboration, or mobile solutions is advantageous.
  • Comfort with both business and technical consulting.
  • Experience engaging with senior stakeholders.
  • Exceptional presentation skills for technical and executive audiences.
  • Proven ability to build and deliver PoCs and respond effectively to RFIs/RFPs.
  • Solution-oriented mindset with strong solution architecture presentation skills.
  • Ability to evaluate trade-offs between user experience, time, and complexity.
  • Willingness to travel 25-30% as needed.
  • French language skills are a plus.
