Job Description

NECSWS has an excellent opportunity for a Presales professional with specific knowledge of the Public Safety sector, covering Police, Fire, Ambulance or Transport.

Experience in product demonstrations and tender responses is essential.

Main responsibilities:

• Assist sales team with bid responses, collaborating with product, development, and portfolio teams.
• Configure, build, and demonstrate NEC Safety products.
• Interpret customer demonstration scenarios to design product configurations.
• Demonstrate NEC Safety portfolio functionalities for new business and account management presentations.
• Serve as a product subject matter expert during the sales process.
• Understand Safety product offerings such as control rooms, policing, evidence management, biometrics, and managed services.

Qualifications:

• Presales experience or proven presentation capabilities, gained in private or public sectors.
• Knowledge of the Safety business domain.
• Experience with Control Rooms, Operational Policing, Evidence Management/Data Analytics, or Managed Services.

Ideally, you will have:

• Knowledge of the Public Safety market.
• Understanding of customer requirements in the Public Safety sector.
• Government security clearance.
• Understanding of government and safety environments.
• Knowledge of market competition.
• Ability to interact with high-level managers and officers.
• Focus on customer retention and satisfaction.
• Adaptability in demonstration situations.
• Supportive skills for proposal preparation and follow-up.
• Representation skills for NEC capabilities.
