Job summary

Sizewell C invites applications for a Pre-Ops Capability and Training Lead to shape workforce capability and strategy across construction, commissioning and commercial operation. The role reports to the Capability Manager and partners with HR, NSA and programme leads to design development pathways and training plans.

You will build capability frameworks, assess readiness, and ensure the future operating workforce is safe, skilled and ready for the station's decades-long lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Experience in workforce capability, learning and development, or strategic workforce planning.
• Ability to develop capability frameworks and training strategies.
• Strong analytics to identify capability gaps and risks.

Responsibilities

• Shape and deliver the workforce capability strategy that supports Sizewell C's transition from construction through commissioning and into commercial operation.
• Ensure the organisation has the right people, skills and experience to meet operational readiness milestones.
• Partner with Programme Leads, HR and stakeholders to translate requirements into capability plans.
• Lead capability assessments to identify skills gaps and readiness risks.
• Develop and maintain the Pre-Operations Training Plan aligned to future requirements.
• Collaborate with NSA and training providers to deliver learning solutions.
