University Hospitals of Leicester NHS Trust is seeking a Band 7 Lead for the Pre-Operative Assessment service. You will lead the pre-assessment team, drive evidence-based practice across city and community sites, and work flexibly Mon–Sat, 7:30–17:30.

You will provide clinical leadership, manage day-to-day operations, and contribute to local policy development while maintaining professional standards and safeguarding patient care.

Competenze

• Registered with the appropriate regulatory body (NMC, HCPC).
• Working towards Masters degree.
