PDI Technician (Pre Delivery Inspection of Vehicles)

Location: Bicester

The Role: What You'll Be Doing

• Final inspections: Checking each vehicle to exacting standards, ensuring it meets all quality and performance criteria.
• Test driving: Evaluating drivability and performance against set parameters.
• Quality control & documentation: Completing compliance records and ensuring every detail is perfect before sign-off.
• Problem-solving: Diagnosing vehicle issues, root-cause analysis, and working closely with build technicians to refine processes.
• Continuous improvement: Contributing to the evolution of our build and inspection processes to drive efficiency and excellence.
• Supporting prototype builds: Assisting in the testing and development of new, cutting-edge projects.

What We're Looking For

• A background in niche, low-volume, or motorsport engineering, with a solid understanding of vehicle systems.
• Craftsmanship-level attention to detail: Pride in precision and quality.
• Experience working with bespoke assembly processes, where final fit and appearance are critical.
