Qualifications

• 7+ years direct program/project management experience for Bachelor's degree holders.
• 8+ years experience with Higher National Diploma.
• 9+ years experience with Higher National Certificate.
• 10+ years experience with General Certificate of Secondary Education.
• Strong understanding of all construction disciplines.

Responsibilities

• Define clear strategies and objectives for the pre-construction team.
• Collaborate with clients and stakeholders in project management.
• Work with Business Development to support project win strategies.
• Manage design development and discipline coordination.
• Champion risk reduction and defect avoidance.
• Mentor junior team members in pre-construction disciplines.
