Responsibilities
Define and communicate strategies for the pre-construction team.
Collaborate directly with clients and stakeholders.
Work with Business Development on project submissions.
Ensure compliance through the stage-gate governance process.
Manage design development and consultant outputs.
Champion early risk reduction and defect avoidance.
Produce monthly reporting for feasibility and pre-construction services.
Mentor junior team members.
