Qualifications

• Commercially aware and detail-focused estimator with strong understanding of construction methods and the full estimating lifecycle.
• Able to interpret drawings and specifications, work with current regulations and standards, and produce accurate estimates with clear assumptions.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and manage project budgets, monitor costs and financial performance.
• Assess subcontractor applications and produce accurate valuations and forecasts.
• Review drawings, specifications and contract docs to identify commercial risks and opportunities.
