Our client is a top-tier contractor seeking a Pre-Construction Manager to deliver the first of numerous construction-based refurbishments on a 10-year framework. Typical projects range from £1 million to £12 million, including new builds and refurbishments. The role is based in Woking, with some flexible working arrangements.
