ARE YOU AN EXPERIENCED PRE-CONSTRUCTION MANAGER LOOKING FOR A NEW ROLE?

Our client based in Guildford specializes in workplace and commercial design and is looking to recruit a Senior Interior Designer to join their team.

This role requires a leader to successfully manage the Pre-Construction Managers and oversee the pre-construction of multiple projects efficiently and to a high standard.

The key responsibilities of this role include:

• Costing/Estimating
• Building contracts, letters of intent (LOI), performance bonds (PB), parent company guarantees (PCG), and insurances
• Design and design management
• Building services (MEP&S) design
• Supply chain management, including subconsultants
• Building control
• Coordination with landlords, statutory authorities, third parties, and incumbents
• Programme, risk, and procurement schedules
• Health & safety
• Client communication and management
• Presentations
• Pre-construction workbook management

The key skills required for this role are:

• Construction-related degree or higher education qualifications
• Quantity surveying degree or higher education qualification
• Trade qualification supported by experience in costing
