Job summary

Falcon Green seeks a dedicated Pre-Construction Manager to lead projects from initial enquiry through tender to handover. You will work closely with estimating, commercial, design and operations to craft competitive, deliverable solutions and ensure a smooth transition into construction.

Responsibilities include managing tenders, coordinating inputs across teams, reviewing documentation, developing methodologies, and identifying risks early.

Qualifications

• Experience in pre-construction and tender leadership within construction.
• Ability to interpret technical and commercial information and manage risk.
• Strong communication and coordination across estimating, commercial, design and operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead full pre-construction and tender processes for projects.
• Coordinate input from estimating, commercial, design and operations teams.
• Review tender docs, specs, drawings and programme requirements.
• Develop construction methodologies and logistics strategies.
• Identify risks and opportunities early in the process.
• Support value engineering and buildability reviews.
• Coordinate tender submissions and client interviews.
• Ensure alignment of commercial assumptions before contract award.
• Oversee transition from pre-construction to delivery teams.
