Job summary

Intro Group in the North West is seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to lead projects from pre-construction through handover, ensuring safety, programme, budget and quality. The role requires strong planning, leadership, and communication.

You will coordinate site teams, subcontractors and suppliers, manage risks, report progress and work with the commercial team on variations. A background in construction management with £5M+ projects and relevant qualifications is essential;

Qualifications

• Minimum construction project management experience.
• Experience on projects £5M+.
• Strong planning and organisational skills.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage construction projects from start to finish.
• Prepare and update project programmes and short-term plans.
• Coordinate site managers, labour, plant, materials and subcontractors.
• Monitor progress and take corrective action.
• Manage risks, opportunities and resources.
• Lead project meetings and maintain client relationships.
• Provide progress reports and updates.
• Collaborate with commercial team on variations and costs.
• Uphold health, safety and quality standards.
• Oversee handover and close-out.
