Specialist Subcontractor supplying fast track building solutions is seeking a Preconstruction Coordinator to work in a team supporting preconstruction activities with their own and the Client’s Design teams, playing a key liaison role.

Are you:
- Familiar with preconstruction activities and tasks from a Subcontractor perspective
- Comfortable working with specifications
- Possessing a good awareness of programming, able to contribute in this area
- Knowledgeable in light steel framing or other MMC/offsite systems (e.g., timber frame)

As a Preconstruction Coordinator, you will earn a basic salary of £30-40,000 depending on experience, with the possibility of hybrid working 2-3 days per week. You will join a company that is part of an award-winning national group, working on various projects throughout the UK.
