Preventx is seeking a Pre-Analytics Team Leader (Internal Only) to support day-to-day laboratory operations, balancing a 20% leadership focus with an 80% substantive role. The role covers staffing, performance review, rota planning and attendance communication within the pre-analytical area.

The position operates on a 37.5-hour week across Mon-Fri/Tues-Sat with shifts from 7am to 7pm and reports to the Laboratory Operations Manager.

Qualificações

• Experience in a laboratory environment with understanding of pre-analytical workflows (Essential).
• Experience supporting colleagues, training staff or supervisory responsibilities (Desirable).

Responsabilidades

• Plan and manage pre-analytical staffing and workloads.
• Monitor team performance and provide constructive feedback.
• Coordinate rotas and resource planning for pre-analytical operations.
• Act as point of contact for sickness absence and attendance communication.
• Escalate operational risks, bottlenecks and quality/safety concerns to the Laboratory Operations Manager.
