Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations in the Sample Preparation room and support the team.
• Organise workload and distribute samples based on priority and resources.
• Manage staff rotas, holidays, and performance discussions.
• Oversee equipment checks, calibration, and storage areas.
• Ensure training is delivered and records are up to date.
• Support quality audits and investigations and maintain a compliant lab.
