Job description

Job Title: Practitioner Psychologist

Location: Regional Role working across Barton School, Bradford Beacon School & Armley Grange School.

Salary: Up to £65,000 (DOE) plus £5000 Welcome Bonus (payable as one payment of £2,500 after one month and another of £2,500 after probation; T&Cs apply)

Hours: 37.5 hours/week, Monday-Friday 8:30 am – 4:30 pm

Contract: Permanent, 52 weeks

Essential: Full valid UK driving licence and access to own vehicle

About the role

We are expanding our clinical service and seeking an experienced Practitioner Psychologist to join our Clinical Team. You will deliver assessment and intervention plans for pupils, contribute to staff training, and support a holistic, therapeutic approach. The role involves managing a caseload, working collaboratively with clinicians, and supporting service development.

Our Clinical Team fosters a nurturing environment prioritizing safeguarding and pupil involvement. We aim to empower vulnerable young people to build bright futures.

Qualifications and Experience
  • Professional qualification in Psychology (Masters or Doctorate)
  • Experience working with children and young people with intellectual disabilities/autism and additional needs
  • Registered with HCPC
  • Leadership and management experience/qualifications (desirable)
