Job description

Job Title: Practitioner Psychologist

Location: Regional Role working across Barton School, Bradford Beacon School & Armley Grange School.

Salary: Up to £65,000 (DOE) plus £5,000 Welcome Bonus (payable as one payment of £2,500 after one month and another of £2,500 after probation). T&Cs apply.

Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday-Friday, 8:30am – 4:30pm

Contract: Permanent, 52 weeks

Essential: Full valid UK driving licence and access to own vehicle

About the Role

We are expanding our clinical service and seeking an experienced Practitioner Psychologist to join our Clinical Team. You will deliver assessment and intervention plans for pupils, contribute to staff training, and support a holistic, therapeutic approach.

You will manage a caseload with support from our Clinical Team, participate in training and reflective practice, and make decisions independently. Our environment is nurturing, safeguarding is a priority, and our pupils are central to our work.

Requirements

• Professional qualification in Psychology (Masters or Doctorate)
• Experience working with children and young people with intellectual disabilities/autism and additional needs
• Registered with HCPC
