Job Title: Practitioner Psychologist
Location: Regional Role working across Barton School, Bradford Beacon School & Armley Grange School.
Salary: Up to £65,000 (DOE) plus £5000 Welcome Bonus (payable as one payment of £2,500 after one month and another of £2,500 upon completion of your final probation period. T&Cs apply)
Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday-Friday 8.30am – 4.30pm
Contract: Permanent, 52 weeks
Essential: Full valid UK driving licence and access to own vehicle
We are looking for an outstanding and experienced Practitioner Psychologist to work in a key role for our service. This is a wide and varied role ideal for those looking for a new challenge where you can truly have an impact on shaping a service and driving change.
About the role:
We are expanding our clinical service during a time of growth. The post holder will work collaboratively to deliver bespoke assessment and intervention plans for our pupils. This is an excellent opportunity to join a team that is expanding its clinical provision, making a real difference with a holistic, therapeutic approach.
You will manage a caseload alongside other clinicians, with support from our Clinical Team, and contribute to staff training, consultation, and reflective practice. The role requires resilience, enthusiasm, a therapeutic approach, decision-making ability, and workload management skills.
Our Clinical Team supports a nurturing environment where pupils can flourish, always prioritizing their safety and involvement in decisions affecting them. We strive for excellence in supporting vulnerable young people, aiming to empower them to be happy and independent.
Location options include Barton School, Bradford Beacon School, and Armley Grange School.
