Location: Regional Role working across Barton School, Bradford Beacon School & Armley Grange School.
Salary: Up to £65,000 (DOE) plus £5000 Welcome Bonus (payable as one payment of £2,500 after one month and another of £2,500 after completing probation). T&Cs apply.
Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday-Friday 8.30am – 4.30pm
Contract: Permanent, 52 weeks
Essential: Full valid UK driving licence and access to own vehicle
We are looking for an experienced Practitioner Psychologist to work in a key role for our service. This wide and varied role is ideal for those seeking a new challenge where you can truly impact the service and drive change.
We are expanding our clinical service during a time of growth. The Practitioner Psychologist will work collaboratively to deliver assessment and intervention plans for pupils, supporting the expansion of clinical provision with a holistic, therapeutic approach.
You will manage a caseload alongside other clinicians, with support from our Clinical Team, and contribute to staff training, consultation, and reflective practice. The role requires resilience, enthusiasm, a therapeutic approach, decision-making ability, and workload management skills.
Our Clinical Team supports a nurturing environment prioritizing safeguarding, where pupils are heard, respected, and involved in decisions affecting them.
