Job Title: Practitioner Psychologist

Location: Regional Role working across Barton School, Bradford Beacon School & Armley Grange School.

Salary: Up to £65,000 (DOE) plus £5000 Welcome Bonus (payable as one payment of £2,500 after one month and another of £2,500 after probation; T&Cs apply)

Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday-Friday 8.30am – 4.30pm

Contract: Permanent, 52 weeks

Essential: Full valid UK driving licence and access to own vehicle

About the role:

We are expanding our clinical service during a period of growth. This opportunity involves delivering bespoke assessment and intervention plans for pupils, contributing to staff training, consultation, and reflective practice. The role requires resilience, enthusiasm, a therapeutic approach, decision-making skills, and workload management.

Our Clinical Team supports a nurturing environment where pupils can flourish, with a strong safeguarding culture. Our aim is to build futures by empowering vulnerable young people in the UK.

Qualifications and experience:
  • Professional qualification in Psychology (Masters/Doctorate)
