This is a full-time role on a 6-month contract. As Practice Support Advisor, you’ll work with the team to provide growth, sales, and retention support to our member dentists and their practices. You’ll be the first point of contact for any queries through all communication channels, mainly inbound phone calls. You’ll also collaborate with the field sales teams to identify potential growth opportunities within practices. This role is relationship-focused, requiring a passion for excellent customer service, relationship building, and problem solving.

Key responsibilities:

  • Act as a point of contact, creating a professional impression for practices and aiming for first contact resolution where possible.
  • Take ownership of problem solving, handle challenging requests, and escalate issues when necessary.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships, proactively reconnect with former clients, and ensure feedback is captured and followed up.
  • Collaborate with Business Development Consultants to identify and develop sales and growth opportunities for clients.
