Job summary

The Recruitment Bar is seeking a Practice Standards Manager to join its head-office team in the East Midlands. You will lead the Practice Standards Team, mentor bid and marketing colleagues, and oversee the Integrated Management System (ISO 9001/14001/45001) across the practice.

You will guide audits, supplier processes, quality forms and intranet management while contributing to national projects and continuous improvement within a national architectural practice.

• Strong leadership and organisational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.

Responsibilities

• Lead, manage and oversee all functions of the Practice Standards Team.
• Act as a mentor for the bid team and marketing team.
• Manage the Integrated Management System including ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001.
• Arrange and facilitate the annual IMS Review and internal/external audits.
• Oversee completion of supplier forms and pre-qualification questionnaires.
• Lead review and updating of practice quality forms and templates.
• Administer and maintain the Practice Intranet using Microsoft SharePoint.
• Manage certification renewals and professional accreditations.
• Track and report social value contributions nationally.
