Job summary

Office Angels is seeking a Head of Practice Standards & Compliance to lead the Practice Standards Team across seven UK offices. You will drive IMS alignment, ensure ISO standards are met, and coordinate audits and supplier approvals.

This senior role requires strategic oversight and strong stakeholder engagement. You will mentor Bid and Marketing teams, maintain quality documentation, and develop the intranet, including SharePoint, to support governance and continuous improvement across the

Qualifications

• Experience leading and managing teams.
• Strong knowledge of Integrated Management Systems (IMS).
• Understanding of Quality Management Systems (QMS), Environmental Management Systems (EMS), and Occupational Health & Safety frameworks.
• Experience managing ISO accreditations and compliance processes.
• Excellent organisational and stakeholder management skills.
• Advanced Microsoft Office 365 skills, including Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Lead, manage and develop the Practice Standards Team.
• Mentor and support the Bid and Marketing teams.
• Oversee the Integrated Management System (IMS), ensuring compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 standards.
• Coordinate and facilitate annual IMS reviews across the business.
• Organise and support both internal and external audits.
• Manage supplier approvals and pre-qualification questionnaires (PQQs).
• Review, update and maintain quality documentation, procedures, and standard practice templates.
• Administer and develop the company intranet using Microsoft SharePoint.
• Manage accreditation and certification renewals, including Constructionline and RIBA memberships.
• Monitor, track and report on social value initiatives and contributions.
• Drive a culture of continuous improvement and best practice throughout the organisation.
