• Coordinate staffing, reception rota and workforce to maintain adequate cover during opening hours.
• Monitor NHS contracts and performance and ensure compliance with requirements.
• Governance, risk management and compliance with CQC and local policies.
• Oversee premises, facilities and health and safety requirements.
• Coordinate IT, digital systems and information governance processes.
• Identify opportunities for service development and continuous improvement in operations.
