Job summary

Responsibilities

• Carry out wound care and dressings, injections and vaccinations.
• Take blood samples and perform urine tests.
• Record clinical observations and maintain accurate records.
• Support MDT with patient assessments and care planning.
• Contribute to service development and clinical governance.
