Combe Coastal Practice is seeking an experienced Practice Nurse to join our team for 20 hours per week. The role delivers a range of general practice nursing services, including health checks, immunisations, travel vaccines, wound care and cervical screening.

You will work within a multidisciplinary team, maintain high infection-control standards, and support doctors with minor procedures while promoting patient-centred care in a busy North Devon setting.

Competenze

• Adult Nursing Qualification degree/diploma.
• Minimum 2 years post registration.
• Current NMC registration.
• Cervical cytology qualification.
• Qualified In Phlebotomy.
• Basic life support skills.
• Up to date training in childhood immunisations.

Mansioni

• Maintain infection control standards across the practice.
• Provide travel health advice and vaccination administration.
• Immunisations for children and adults, wound care and cervical screening.
• Support doctors with minor procedures and patient education.
• Manage workload and contribute to PMS/QOF obligations.

Formazione

Adult Nursing Qualification degree/diploma

Minimum 2 years post registration
