Job summary

Pertemps Medical Professionals are seeking an experienced Practice Nurse for a GP Surgery assignment in Staffordshire. Start 2 November to 20 November, 08:00–18:30, Monday to Friday. EMIS Web fluency and NMC registration are required. Responsibilities include immunisations, cytology, and other core practice duties.

The position pays £28–£32 per hour, outside IR35, with options for Limited Company or self-employed arrangements.

Qualifications

• Valid NMC Registration.
• Previous Practice Nurse experience within a GP Surgery setting.
• Confident undertaking Cytology/Smears.
• Experience with Childhood and Travel Immunisations.
• Excellent communication and patient care skills.

Responsibilities

• Carry out core Practice Nurse duties in a GP Surgery setting.
• Administer immunisations for children and travellers.
• Undertake Cytology/Smears as required.
• Work independently within a busy Primary Care environment.
