Job summary

Integrated Care 24 (IC24) is recruiting a Practice Nurse to help shape the future of primary care in Brighton. You will provide high‑quality, evidence‑based nursing across a broad range of services, working independently and with a multidisciplinary team.

You’ll be involved in long‑term conditions, immunisations, wound care, screening and health promotion, with opportunities to influence systems and clinical practice as IC24 grows. Location: Allied Medical Practice, Brighton.

Qualifications

• Registered nurse with valid NMC pin.
• Experience in primary care or community nursing is desirable.
• Commitment to patient-centered care and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high‑quality, evidence‑based nursing across a broad range of primary care services.
• Assess, monitor, and manage long‑term conditions and screening programs.
• Contribute to immunisations, wound care, health promotion and preventive care.
• Collaborate with GPs, HCAs and the wider multidisciplinary team to improve services.
• Support service development and help shape the clinical culture.
