Job Summary

The focus of the role is ensuring the delivery of safe and effective nursing care to our patient population. The post holder will be able to work independently and also as part of the whole general practice team, demonstrating strong professional decision-making skills and clinical expertise. They will be responsible for delivering evidence-based nursing care to the Practice population, with experience in chronic disease management being essential.

Main Duties of the Job

As above, focusing on safe and effective nursing care, working independently and within the team, with responsibilities including evidence-based practice and chronic disease management.

Join an established clinical team at Testvale Surgery, a 6 GP Partner Practice in Totton, serving approximately 13,600 patients. We are a training practice for GP registrars and support our workforce's development while partnering with patients for shared healthcare responsibility.
