Job summary

High Mill Medical Practice in Carluke, Scotland, is seeking a Practice Nurse to join our friendly team. Our Practice serves 7,500 patients with 4 GP Partners, 1 Salaried GP, 2 Advanced Nurse Practitioners and 1 part-time Practice Nurse.

We are situated in a purpose-built Health Centre owned by the Health Board. The successful candidate should be experienced in Chronic Disease Management and Cervical screening; Diabetes management is particularly valued.

Qualifications

• Experience in Chronic Disease Management.
• Experience in Cervical screening is preferred.
• Experience in Diabetes management is valued.

Job description

We are a Vision and Docman Practice and also use MedLinks system for Chronic Disease Management.

Hours from 30-37 hours will be considered.

Salary dependant on experience.
