Purosearch Ltd invites experienced Practice Nurses to join a GP practice in Staines-upon-Thames, Surrey. Flexible hours, and the role can be offered as permanent, part-time or full-time, with an ASAP or negotiable start date.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse with active NMC registration.
• Experience in general practice or primary care.
• Experience in managing long-term conditions.
• Immunisation and vaccination experience.
• Cervical screening experience is desirable.

• Ability to work independently within a multidisciplinary team.

About the Practice

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Practice Nurse to join a friendly, forward-thinking GP practice in Staines-upon-Thames.

This is an excellent opportunity for a Practice Nurse who is looking to develop their career within a supportive primary care environment. You will be joining an established multidisciplinary team where patient care, professional development and work-life balance are genuinely valued.

The Role

You will play an important role in providing high-quality nursing care to the practice population, working closely with GPs, Healthcare Assistants, Clinical Pharmacists and the wider multidisciplinary team.

The role can be tailored around your experience and areas of clinical interest.

What We Are Looking For

We are keen to hear from experienced Practice Nurses who are confident working autonomously within general practice.

You should ideally have:

• Registered Nurse qualification with active NMC registration
• Previous experience working within general practice or primary care
• Strong clinical assessment and decision-making skills
• Experience managing long-term conditions
• Immunisation and vaccination experience
• Cervical screening experience is desirable
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A proactive and patient-centred approach
• Ability to work independently while contributing effectively to a multidisciplinary team
