Job summary

Chase Medical is looking for an experienced Practice Nurse for a part-time role at a GP training practice in Streatham. The successful candidate will join a supportive clinical team, handle immunisations and cytology, and contribute to chronic disease reviews.

The position offers stability within a well-established, Good CQC-rated environment. Applicants should be NMC registered, with GP experience and the ability to work autonomously.

Salary: Agenda for Change – up to Band 5 (DOE & skillset)

Hours: Part-time – 25–30 hours per week

We’re working with a well-established, independent GP training practice in the Streatham area, who are looking to welcome an experienced Practice Nurse to their supportive clinical team. Serving a patient population of approximately 5,500, this practice offers an excellent working environment with a collaborative, long-term established staff team and forward-thinking ethos with a Good CQC rating.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a confident Practice Nurse seeking flexibility and long-term stability within a high-performing practice.
