Practice Nurse

Permanent, Part-Time Hours, Parking On-Site

Are you an experienced Practice Nurse, with experience in Long-Term Conditions who's looking to join a friendly, supportive team?

We're looking for a dedicated Practice Nurse to join a well-established GP surgery in Aylesbury on a permanent basis. This post is for 1-2 days per week and the salary on offer is £19-23ph, negotiable depending on experience.

You'll be joining a friendly team of 1 PN and 1 HCA, supported by an approachable Management Team. The practice is proud to hold a Good CQC rating and is known for providing a positive and inclusive working environment.

• Chronic Disease Management (Diabetes, Asthma etc.)

Diplomas are not required, however, would be beneficial!
