Job summary

Broad Oak Medical Centre in Nottingham is seeking a Practice Nurse to join the team on a 37.5 hour week, with an annual salary of up to £44,000 depending on qualifications and experience. You will work with the general practice team to provide care for patients, support chronic disease management, cervical cytology and baby immunisations, and help ensure policy compliance and high-quality outcomes.

The role also offers generous leave, CPD/study leave and access to in-house training and wellbeing

Qualifications

• UK registered nurse with significant post-registration experience.
• Experience in cervical cytology and baby immunisations.
• Good knowledge of the Quality Outcomes Framework (QOF).

Responsibilities

• Assist the registered manager with duties related to CQC outcomes and maintain compliance.
• Provide care for presenting patients, manage chronic diseases, and evaluate care.
