Menlo Park is working with a superb GP Practice in Bournemouth, looking to add a Practice Nurse with Primary Care experience and a background in Chronic Disease Management to join their close-knit, forward-thinking team. Salary

£38,000 - £42,500 per annum FTE DOE + NHS pension + 6 weeks annual leave + Bank Holidays + Study + Indemnity
